Redirected

Hello friends,

As you are aware, this blog has been closed.

But, as I discovered it was very hard to quiet this "voice" that I have inside of me.

So my journey continues, please join me, by invitation only at www.Yes-Lord@blogspot.com.

Blessings!

The end.

For the first time since beginning my blog I have been attacked.

I know who left the comment and I'm not shocked.

Her opinion matters not to me, but I cannot allow the comments to constantly to attack me any longer.

I spent 20 years being emotionally drained in my marriage and will not continue to live under someone's mean spirited comments.

This blog is about my journey, it is about my feelings, my view and how I have made it through rough nights and hard days with the help of God.

Do I wish that things were different? Yes.
Are things twisted or changed in anyway from the truth? No.

There is no, and I repeat no context in which the statements "I don't want to be a dad 24-7" or "these children are not going to run my life" can be shaped to mean anything other than what they do. None.

God chose Tim and I to be the parents of these beautiful children and who are we to decide what hours of the day we are going to do that? There is no answer.

I pray mercy on this person, I hope that they understand that Tim has walked this path once before me and the situation has an a familiar theme.

I never began this blog to be about the journey of my divorce and my survival from it. It began about our lives. But this is the turn that our lives took, and this is my blog about it. Our marriage wasn't perfect, as none are, but Tim took action and made moves in our marriage that caused it to end. He searched outside of our marriage for something that he should have turned to me. There is not an answer anywhere that could defend a husband for stepping outside of the marriage. None.

God is my vindicator. He is my Savior, my life fell apart when my marriage fell apart and God saved me. I have several friends who read this blog and know what I have been through and will verify anything, but their verification of the facts will not prevent my heart from hurting because of these mean spirited comments.

Therefore to protect myself and my children from further evilness from this I will be ending this blog and dealing with this situation.

This blog was meant to encourage someone in a very similar situation who has been destroyed and still has to somehow survive in this world. It was meant to show that not all days are glorious and seen through rose colored glasses. It was meant to show the harshness of life and how I had to depend on solely God to save me from those times.

I pray for others who are in a similar situation, my heart has been and is where you are. There have been times I have used this blog and my words to lash out at Tim and his "choices" and I have not been very Christian about it, but Christian's sin. It happens, and that will be between me and God to rectify.

However, judgement will come to all by HIS hand and HIS mercy will reign forever.

Thank you for reading about this journey. Thank you for your prayers, my children and I will continue to need them. And most I wish to thank God Almighty for saving me and protecting me and my children when it seemed as if life was ending. This is not the way it was suppose to be, but this is the way it is.

Life is hard, but God is good.

Blessings,
V.
